Sleep apnea is an unpredictable condition that stops and starts. It often leads you to feel very low on energy despite being able to have a full night’s sleep. There are actually three major types of sleep apnea which are obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea and complex sleep apnea.

How To Use The Pillow

1. Take nose piece and insert top of it into opening of headband.

2. Grab black strap in headband, pull down slightly to hook nose piece onto it.

3. Take straps form your head piece and hook them on the left and right, side of nose piece, then flip pillow over and fasten the Velcro straps to back of pillow and put evenly on back of pillow to balance your nose piece on the front

4. Take pillow, grab the middle of pillow and slide it over the back of your head then pull nose piece down for adjustment. Grab hold of left and right straps and pull tightly to get adjusted for your nose piece.

NOTE: You may have to adjust several times, even with forehead piece to get it comfortable for your usage. I find myself moving the straps and getting the most effective setting  for me.  No one setting works for everyone
